My adventures are always unique travel experiences that are fun and active but also purposeful. I love special destinations surrounded by nature and incorporate activities that lift the spirit and balance the mind and body. It is travel that fosters creativity and inspires me to live purposefully and intentionally. They are trips that support authentic, fearless living.

We all have varying circumstances but we all desire a life of joy ~ one that is not dependent upon circumstances. Most of us don’t know how though because we don’t have the necessary tools to support such a journey. I am fortunate to say that I know how to cultivate such a life and that is why I am here ~ to be your well-being navigator and help you experience a purposeful life .

I have had a vast array of opportunities to study, learn from people AND have amazing experiences. I went to law school and practiced in real estate. I traveled extensively and studied horticulture which lead to teaching outdoor education, sustainability and global awareness. I gave birth to two boys. I engaged with good therapists and yet there was this thing that eluded me. It was joy. Not happiness but joy. Living with a peaceful mind and a joyful heart. Navigating life with joy and a sense of fun. To enjoy everything that life brings. So, 11 years ago I decided to “figure it out” once and for all. After studying yoga for years, I met my teacher, Anand Mehrotra, founder of Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh, India in 2010. I have been blessed with yearly trips to India since 2014 to study under Anand and receive my 500-hour certification. I intentionally design yoga classes and well-being sessions to unlock personal growth and transformation. As part of this experience I also equip my co-travelers with tools and practices to cultivate and sustain wellbeing in everyday life. By sharing my knowledge gained over the past eleven years studying with Anand (and now studying with Dr. Andrew Weil), I address the many aspects of mind, body and spirit in order to move beyond repetitive patterns and toward amore balanced, peaceful, joyful life.

THe Wonder of Travel

Travel that transforms requires a bit of courage as it asks us to expand our comfort zone. It may be about trying new things, honoring other cultures, or changing your surroundings. In the end, it should offer an opportunity for reflection upon our human experience and how we may be able to live more fully, boldly, and joyfully.

Travel is a way to see life with fresh eyes. It’s a catalyst for change and emboldens us to live a life true to ourselves , not what others demand or expect.


THe magic of a Retreat

Taken from a Latin word meaning “to pull back,” retreats are the most effective catalysts for change. When you give yourself time away from all daily distractions, you give yourself the space for introspection, shedding layers, and letting go of self-limiting beliefs. We must give ourselves this space in order to realize our true nature beyond the everyday roles we have as spouse, employee, employer, parent, or child.

My goal is to serve as a guide and companion on your journey to well-being. I invite clients to embrace this time in life as an opportunity for self-discovery and renewed purpose. Take your soul on an adventure, rewrite your stories, set aside perceived limitations, and break through obstacles. Take the path that leads to clarity, understanding, and open-hearted joy. It is not about finding your purpose; it is about living a more purposeful life.


Offerings

Let Go and Invite In….. So many times we set an intention but we don’t know how to implement it. It takes courage to go beyond the mind and beyond the familiar. It requires a skill set to support the desired change. I teach you ways to align intention with attention so it becomes a way of being. Wherever you put your attention grows so we need to develop a personal culture and invite in the authentic living we desire. Like layers of bark, we shed what we no longer need and make room for a life based on our true nature instead of one based on old patterns and conditioning.
